Highly Capable services are available at the Harrington School District at all levels.

A teacher, a parent/guardian, a peer, the student, or any person who has knowledge of the student’s abilities may initiate a referral for Highly Capable Program services. Referral forms are available at the schools office or on-line and may be submitted at any time during the academic year at the individual school. Referrals are reviewed periodically throughout the year.
